How to add a permanent advertisement banner before every post start

The most convinient way would be to use a plugin for this. I am using Advanced Ads. You can find lots of them here in the plugin directory.

I would also use a plugin for this if I were you.

But if you need to do this with a custom code, the theme uses Theme Hook Alliance hooks to build its pages and posts. So, you can either use a https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tha-hooks-interface/ plugin and use the tha_entry_content_before hook to put your code in or use this code in your child theme’s functions.php file (never edit the theme source files):

function child_theme_ad() {
  if ( is_single() ) {
    echo 'MY AD CODE HERE';
  }
}
add_action( 'tha_entry_content_before', 'child_theme_ad' );

Should work.
