How to add a product navigation tool

Hello. I know how to add product navigation using widgets on the sidebar and to the main navigation bar, but I need to know how to add a product navigation tool like in this website.

This method uses the dropdown menus to narrow the products. I don’t want to do this in the navigation bar, I would like to have it in a separate location on the webpage. Please let me know if there is a plugin that will allow for this type of search.
