How to add a searchable parts database for eCommerce

    Can anyone help me?

    I wish to build small e-Commerce site to sell spare parts and want to make the process of finding the correct part as simple as possible for the user.

    My idea is:

    1. The user chooses their Manufacturer from a drop down list
    2. According to their choice of Manufacturer they are presented with a second drop down list of Models (which is Conditionally populated according to the Manufacturer selected).
    3. Choice of Model takes them to the page of spare parts that are available for that Model complete with e-Commerce options.

    Can anyone suggest how I can build the above selection idea?
