How to add a second language to my wordpress?

  • I have a blog that gets lots of people in Spanish and want to allow them the option to read my blog in both languages. Some sites have a little flag icon for each language ect..

    How can get multiple languages on y wordpress?

    Please the easiest way, I am not a programmer just a big wordpress fan.
