How to add a sign-up checkbox to the form?

    Hi!
    As I’m creating a viral content website where users can submit content through the AP-form,I am looking for ways to persist into users subscribing to the new contents mailing list.

    Is there a way to add the mc4wp-subscribe checkbox under the submit button?

    I’ve learned and applied a few stuff in a child-theme, but this seems quite a challenge for me and I also prefer to ask here for your thoughts on this before I venture into it.

    To add any extra html in the form you will need to edit the plugin files directly.

    You can edit the files named front-form.php inside the inc/cores folder.

    It worked. Thank you for all the support. I’ve been persistent in the last days and you didn’t quit me. Praise you.

    One last thing that you may be able to help with on this subject: Is there a way to automate/sustain these changes? No filters previewed in the near future so I can add this to the child-theme instead? Any other options?

    Child theme is only applicable with the themes so we think you will need to add those changes with each update.
