How to add a simple code?

  • Hi

    I would like to add code snipets for couple of different applications from online into my website theme.

    For example, I want to include a survey code snipet.
    It says to include after <body> tag.

    How and where should I be able to do this in WordPress?

  • Hi thewisdompearls,
    The best way to approach this is first to learn a little bit about child themes (if you ad the code in a theme you will lose it when you upgrade the theme).
    So first you create a child theme and then if you go to Appearance->Editor then in the right you choose “header.php” you will be able to locate the “<body>” tag.
