How to add a "update ribbon" to my news

Hey guys, I am wondering how I can add a update ribbon to my news when a post is updated, maybe manually so we can tick it as an update and then people will see a ribbon on the front page news like so:

This is what mine looks like right now – ive marked the part where I would like the ribbon to be.
