How to add a user you can only edit and delete all comments but not posts?

    I tried the plugins “User Role Editor” and “Role scoper” but both do not solve my problem: I need a role which is only capable of seeing, editing and deleting comments but not posts. “moderate_comments” means only that the user is able to moderate comments in the queue that are not already online.

    Is there any solution for this?
