How to add a Web Form to the front page

I’m trying to add a web form to the front page of a website (https://www.rebuildingalliance.org). I just want people to be able to enter their name and email address and have that info sent to me to put on a mailing list.

If anyone could point me to some good resources or give me some advice, it would be much appreciated. I am admittedly not very knowledgeable about web design, but I’ve been given the responsibility of managing the website, so any help would be awesome.
