How to Add alt text or alt tag in image from cpanel

Hi,
I have to add alt tag to some images from capnel. Because some images are not accessible from WordPress dashboard for eg author profiles of different sizes, only main image is available in media(wordpress dashboard) but another sizes like wordpress topbar near(Howdy Admin)On blog post etc ( this different sizes images are available in uploads) But not in Dashboard.I had searched on google for this but can’t find any solution. I Hope There is solution for it. waiting for your help. Thanks

It is not possible via Cpanel as far as I know. I have searched for plugins that can do what you are asking but couldn’t find any. I encourage you to search more to check whether you can find such plugins.
