    The listing image gallery shows arrows if there are many thumbnails below the full-size image, if you mean adding arrows to the full-size image there’s no such option at the moment, this would require customizations.

    Please make sure that there are no CSS snippets that may cause this issue, the icon seems to be ok on the theme demo site.
