How to add another Data Category?

    Hi,

    This is possible only through database, you should add a new record in wp_wpl_dbcat table for creating a new data category.

    Heya!! same issue here but i want to add more categories in data structure manager similar to property types whose fields can be specifiable, i mean related fields

    It can be added through database as well.

    thank you very much for the explanation.
    It works fine for me, however, how do I get access to the items with parent key 0?

    I have lots of property types connected to several categories.

    Now I would like to add a field in Flex to directly select the Property Category (parent key 0) and go from there with the Property Type which is linked to the id of the Property Category.

    As an example basically the same function as in the search-widget where the Category field can be added and the Property Type will be automatically pre-selected based on the Category.
