    Hi,

My podcast is listed with Subscribe on Android. Please tell me how I add my show’s artwork to Subscribe on Android. Right now, instead of my logo, there’s a square that says, “Artwork is missing.” I’m using the Powerpress plugin, and my episodes are stored on Blubrry.

    Thanks!

Please post a link to your Subscribe on Android URL so we can take a look.

    Hi,

Hmmm, that’s funny. I just went to my podcast’s location on Subscribe on Android, and instead of the “Artwork is missing” message, there’s now the Powerpress logo where the art should be. Here’s the link:

How would I insert my own podcast artwork in place of the Powerpress logo?

    Thanks!

First thing to do is go to PowerPress >> Settings, Advanced Mode >> Artwork and make sure all of the fields are filled out. Click the Save Changes button if you make any changes. Let us know when this is done.

    Hi Shawn,

Thanks, that’s what I needed to know. What had confused me was that at Powerpress>Settings,AdvancedMode>Artwork, there are specific fields for iTunes and Google Play images, but not a field specifically for Subscribe to Android. So I wasn’t sure if either the iTunes or Google Play fields would also take care of Subscribe on Android. So based on what you’re saying, it sounds like by filling in those iTunes and Google Play fields, the artwork for Subscribe to Android will be taken care of as well. I’m not going to upload my podcast image anytime real soon, because I’m still about three months away from signing up my podcast with iTunes. But when that time comes, I’ll know what to do. So thanks very much for that clarification! Consider this question resolved.

Most likely, the Subscribe on Android listing will pull from the iTunes artwork tag, so go ahead and add whatever you’d like to use now in the Artwork tab. You can always change them later if needed.
