How to add asking for First and Last name

I asked Stipe support they redirect me to this forum. I search more on the internet. I see the plugin check information based on the previous information that the user typed. I have another question:
Which one will check for validation: billing_first_name or shipping_first_name

The Stripe payment gateway will use the checkout billing fields for validation, as shipping may not be the details of the card holder.

There is no need to add the inofmration to the payment form, as the information is captured in the billing fields in the WooCommerce checkout pages.

Imagine a user will buy a product as a gift or they pay with their parent credit card or their partner credit card. in this case, the cardholder name and last name in the shipping section are not the same. May it cause unsuccessful transaction?

As mentioned, Stripe uses the billing checkout fields as validation. The billing field must match the credit card details, regardless of where the order is shipping.

When using WooCommerce + Stripe those billing fields are default on the checkout. If you are not seeing those fields, I would recommend checking your setup and doing a conflict test if necessary.
