How To Add Aviary Image Tool To WordPress Site

I WANT To add aviary image tool to my wordpress site so that my visitors can upload pics and edit their image on my site i know about api but where to add that generated javascript code at html5builder to my function.php or script.css or in any other file so that the code works properly .
