How to add “Blog” page on menu bar

    Hello, I have a menu bar:

    About- Etsy shop- Tips and Ideas
    I would like for people who are on any of those pages to be able to go back to the blog by clicking a page on the menu, so that the menu bar looks like this:

    About- BLOG – Etsy shop- Tips and ideas.

    Is there a way to do it? Thank you very much
