How to add Blogger List to the main page

Hello Everyone,

I’m very new to wordpress and my development skills are at an incredibly novice level to say the least. What I’m trying to accomplish with my blog: vandeverebunch.com is to have a list of all authors/bloggers setup in the right column so that their names could be clicked on to take readers to a page of all of the posts made by that blogger. An example of this in practice can be found at: stevewhitesc.com I don’t necessarily need the profile images or the descriptions (mainly because there will be at least 50 people listed and I’m assuming that would take up a lot of room). The function, and location on the main page are what I’m trying to learn to create.

If anyone could get me started, I’d really appreciate it.
