How to add category in the navigation bar & make each category page a blog?

    I am looking to have a news site.

    I will be writing about various topics:

    Politics
    Business
    Technology
    Society
    Culture
    Economics
    Satire
    Etc

    I do not know how to create custom category pages that will have blog posts in those pages. I want to have an individual page for each of these categories along with blog posts related to them on these pages. I also wish to show these categories in nav bar. How to go about it?
