how to add code in wptoch header

hello i am using wptouch free version for my website. i want to add a code in head section. i have ad the code in my theme (Desktop version). but i am unable to add the code in wptpuch theme head section. please tell me where to add the code in head section so that it works on all the pages on mobile version.
