how to add contact form in the mobile version of the website

  • Hi all,

    The current WordPress theme we are using does not include the desktop-version sidebar in its mobile version.

    However, we have our contact form appearing in the sidebar. I want the form to show up in the mobile version of the website. I cannot locate the file for the mobile version of the website. Do i have to make changes in the CSS stylesheet of the website? Where do i include the code for the contact form so that it shows up in the mobile version of the website?
