How to add coupons

I’m setting up the plugin. Just had a question about coupons. How do I assign the coupon values? Not talking about the % of the slices on the wheel. I know how to do that. But I don’t see where to assign the coupon values.
I created labels for them, e.g. 01 Coupon Lucky_10
In that example I would expect it to be a 10% discount. But where does that value get assigned?
