How to Add CSS Transitions to Page

  • Hello,

    I would like to add the Create Unique Contact Form with CSS3 Transition from this site: https://www.smashingapps.com/2012/11/01/18-transitions-and-animations-effects-tutorials-with-css3.html

    I would really like this to appear on my Contact page but I don’t know how to get the CSS and the little bit of jquery to work. I pasted the HTML into my Contact page and it is displaying well. I also added the required images to my Media Library. However, I don’t know what to do with the CSS and the jquery.

    If anyone could please give me instructions on how to add this form to my site I would greatly appreciate it.
