How to add custom checkout filed

The Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin modifies the appearance of WooCommerce emails but doesn’t alter their core content; all the content still originates from WooCommerce.

To determine if the Kadence plugin is causing your checkout editor issue, try disabling the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin and then check if the custom fields appear in the email. This will help us identify if the plugin is contributing to the issue.

Yes after disabling the plugin the additional fields value appearing in the email.

Can you confirm that you use the premium?Checkout Field Editor?plugin on the WooCommerce marketplace? I don’t currently have access to this plugin. However, I tried using a free WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor plugin, and things are working on my end. My custom fields are showing inside of the email: https://share.zight.com/YEubQ0n2.

The WooCommerce Email Designer plugin works closely with the default way WooCommerce works with emails. So if a plugin implements custom fields in a unique way, our plugin might not pick them up. Can you please tell me which free checkout field editor you were using? If you could tell the exact name of the plugin

I performed my test using the Checkout Field Editor for the WooCommerce plugin created by ThemeHigh. It is also worth noting that these Custom Checkout Fields I tested were Billing Fields, but they appear above the Shipping/Billing Information. When using the Kadence Shop Kit Checkout Editor, the Billing and Shipping Fields will appear in the Billing/Shipping boxes respectively.
