How to add custom color in theme function

  • hey i am currently making a theme which i will publish later . i want to know i have color scheme of blue color ( Blue color in various element) . I wanted to know how to add custom color option into it so that in one go color of all elements get changed . means if i select blue color scheme gets changed from blue to red
