How to add custom text for sharing pages

    If anyone clicks share option , it opens a new window of that social media website (eg. Twitter) and displays the page title and then url. But this is not which will make users to view my link.. I want something like custom text to be added (as i feel that the user won’t be adding themselves) like “Have a look at this webpage ,<URL>”

    Can you tell me how to do that?
