How to add customer email to a list of my choice?

    I just looked at this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/list-10/ which had absolutely no helpful reply.

    Please note that not all users would like the user emails to be added to the predefined list you guys have. Different sites have different needs. Some site might have a “Newsletter” list where they would like to add the customer email. How to achieve that?

    All the customer want is when a customer place a successful order the email id of that customer gets added to the “Newsletter” list instead of the default list that you guys have – as that is of no use to the customer. Looking forward to reply.

    P.S.: I honestly don’t know why this is so hard to do with Constant Contant while it can so easily be done with other providers like SendInBlue, ConvertKit, Mailchimp etc.

    Sorry about the long delay in response here. I have reached out to someone who hopefully has more information regarding list choosing with this integration, as I don’t have the answer myself right now.

    Let’s wait and see when that someone comes up with a reply and hopefully he/she will provide a way to do this instead of saying “no it’s not possible”.

    Unfortunately, we currently don’t have the feature to import contacts to a custom list. We can definitely understand why this would be important to you and have passed this along as a feature request to our product team as it is a great idea that many people would benefit from.
