How to add Double quote in email template

does any one know how to save a url with double quotes into the email template.

I’ve had problems adding html to the inovice page and thought I would be cleaver and save the code into and email template for futrue use.
just tried to save it to an email template, but not even adding &quot seems to work and it just adds back slashes.
