How to add drop daps in posts and pages ?

    Hi,

    I would like to have a drop daps for my pages and my post (“full posts” not the featured ones we can see on the home page).
    I tried this css codes :
    .blog-post p:first-child:first-letter {
    color: #dd3f53;
    float: left;
    …
    }
    If you look at this post, it works but not for this one however both are posts.
