How to add dynamic hidden field value to our form

    Hello all,

    I want to add dynamically hidden filed in our contact form 7.
    For ex. I have 3 job and 3 “apply now” button, as I have click on job1’s apply now button,form will be open and at the submit time,in hidden field the value “job1” will be is going, same as I have click on job2’s apply now button, at submit time value “job2” will be going in hiddent filed.
    Any help will be appreciable.

  • Looks like you are looking for Conditional Logic which is not available in the Contact Form 7 plugin.

    This sort of conditional logic is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

    Some of the premium Form plugins do offer Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms, Quform and Ninja Forms.

    Or you can create 3 contact forms, each slightly different, such as having the subject “Web: Job1” on one form.

    But it would be nice to have a tag which has the name or URL of the page on which the form was filled out.
