how to add emails from front-end directly to subscriber list

Hello Everyone,

For my website, I think this plugin is useful..But I have to integarte a functionality in which user have to submit a form from front-end and then the email of that user will automically add up to the list of subscribed users for the newsletter.

Rest functionality is available in plugin.

Please suggest a solution for it if anybody knows.
