How to add exceptions to Page scroll to id?

Hi,

I generally have no issues with Page scroll to id, but I just found out it’s messing up with the accordion module from Visual Composer.

Each accordion section has an id and usually I can use that id is in the url in order to open the respective section instead of scrolling to it, which is what page scroll to id is doing (if I check this option: scroll from/to different pages i.e. scroll to target when page loads). So I’d like to know if there’s a way of adding this exception to the page scroll to id script.
