    I need to show Related Posts before text and after.
    when I added this code at it is not working.
    this code need to add any other things ?
    or is it possible to add short code
    <?php get_related_posts_thumbnails(); ?>

    You can use the shortcode [related-posts-thumbnails] where you want the thumbnails to appear.
