How to add extra sidebars?

My theme, piano black, seems to have only come with a sidebar to the right, I was hoping to add one on the left and to the top as well, can anyone please help me figure out how to do this? It would be much appreciated, thanks in advance! My site is https://www.candlelitlife.com
