Yes this feature is in the Free version. You’ll find the documentation here and the integration documentation here.

The ACFE Form module is located in the ACF > Forms admin menu. I would strongly recommend to review the documentation, as this module has a lot of functionalities.

I understand now why i didn’t find it.

I use Hebrew admin, and the “Forms” menu item is translated to “????” which is “Fields”.

You need to change it to “?????” which is “Forms”.

The ACFE Form module menu label use the ACF text domain & its translation of the string: __('Forms', 'acf'). I would recommend to submit a fix on the ACF GitHub.
