How to add Google Adsense ad verification Code in Head ?

    Hello Sir,

    i’m using AMP and my site is 100% amp base page producing at end, now trying to verify my site with google adsense. i got code “<script data-ad-client=”ca-pub-1234567890123456″ async src=”https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js”></script>&#8221; to put in between <head> ..</head>.

    how i tried to implement that code in site :
    1. puted that code in theme Header.php file at in <head> section. (but code is not showing in end user pages)
    2. afterward i read some threats, added that code in AMP plugin -> templates -> html-start.php file that above code. (result same. not showing that code)

    what i do ??
