how to add google adsense code where I want it

what if I don’t wanna use a plugin? could it still work okay?

You can cut and paste your adsense code into your posts, but you’ll need to remove all white space from the code or the javascript won’t execute. Plugins make it easy.

so if I install a plugin and I want my adsense code to go on the top and bottom of each page I can do that? which plugin would you recommend ?

this is my site https://thesportsweekly.com and all I want to do is insert the adsense code underneath where is has all my page titles then the same at the bottom, I don’t want ads for each blog post, I could easily ass the code to my text widget, but I feel a viewers eyes will look at the top first before the sides. How can I add the code so its on each page of mine top and bottom?
