Theme in question looks just like my client’s site: https://expedition.imagely.com/

Have a client who is using this Imagely theme, ran it through WooRank and the following came up: We did not find HTML headings (<H1> to <H6>) on this page.

How do I put H1 headings on this HOME PAGE when it is only an image page?

    Thanks, all.

    Hi daryleg!

Have you tried asking in their respective support channel: https://www.imagely.com/support/

Unfortunately, these forums do not provide support for commercial products as stated in the Forum Welcome: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

While the question was a duplicate, the removal of the commercial aspect in the new question should have made this a non-issue.

All I want is some help. I help dozens of strangers each day. Why is this so difficult?

I marked this thread as RESOLVED this morning. Saw and agreed the commercial post was an issue. Opened a new thread without the commercial link and that thread was closed by a mod acting without fully having all the facts. Would asking be a difficult task? Now how do I respond to that closed thread? See what has happened here… Now I’ve changed it to NOT RESOLVED and wonder what to do next.

Already thought of posting on the commercial support site, I can’t access the support channel as I am not the holder of the purchase. The client is.

The client is on a remote vacation, rather not involve him in the process. Who wants to deal with WP on vacation? Not even I.

The commercial post wasn’t an issue, you are allowed to post for commercial help on these forums. We’re pointing you back towards the theme vendors because you’re more likely to get your issue resolved from them. We make an assumption that people don’t care where they get the solution from, as long as they get it.

Why is your issue and an issue with a commercial theme difficult to support?
The authors and contributors of that commercial theme are not allowed to provide support here at www.ads-software.com. This reduces your chance of receiving support to someone who happens to be familiar with that theme. It’s unlikely.

The other thread was closed and I’ve said it was a duplicate because you were still using a commercial theme. If you had been using a different theme and one that was available on www.ads-software.com then that would have been fine.
