How to Add Images?

  • The front page has a slideshow which shows up as a slide saying “Image placeholder”.
    1.) How do I add images to this slideshow.
    2.) How do I change it to a static image and then how do I add that image.
    3.) How do I know the dimensions to make the images?

  • I need help with this also. Why is there so little response for this theme?

    Unfortunately, you don’t just pick and choose which pictures you want to show up in the slider. I know, probably the worse thing about this theme.

    You can set the Slider to display any static picture you want! <strike>(Maybe I should try a GIF next time :O)</strike>
    Here’s How-

    Step 1: Create a new post

    Step 2: Use the image you want on the slider as it’s “Featured Image” (bottom right corner of Add New Post)

    Step 3: Make a New Category for these posts (e.g “Slide Images”) and place all your New Posts (with Featured Images) in your New Category.

    Step 4: From your Dashboard, go to Appearance > Theme Options > Image Slider

    Step 5: Select your New Category for the option “Select Image Slider Category”.

    That should be it. ??
    Dimensions aren’t going to be a huge problem. I use 920×350 for mine. I suggest trying that first and adjusting accordingly.
