How to add in order listing filter?

    No, there is no such action/filter hook available for this purpose yet.

    Ok, so is there any way we can find out which orders are having product (abc, xyz, pqr) which is having stock location – ABC?

    Sure, you can use default WP/WC hooks to handle the main query. Why not, there are meta_keys for each of the order if something is related to stock location added. Please dig it more, you will find it easily.
