How to add iTunes and Souncloud buttons below the player?

    Hello,

    first, thank you for a great plugin. I would like to display links to the podcast episodes below the podcast player (for Soundcloud and iTunes). I can extend the post type, for example, using the Pods plugin, but that lets me add custom fields only above the content or below. Is there any possibility to “hook” it right under the player and have nice icons for the episode links in there?

    Hi there. We have built in support for iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify, and Google Play for a link to your show to appear just below the player in each of these respective directories. Is that what you’re looking to do?

    We don’t include Soundcloud by default but could definitely look at including that in the future, although I think more and more folks are going from Soundcloud to Spotify now that their podcast support is so much more robust.

    Thank you. At the moment, I extended it and custom coded it below the player with icons using the Pods plugin.

    Where exactly can be this set in the settings so each podcast has its specific link for iTunes and perhaps in the future also Soundcloud?

    Ok great. Yep, in the Podcast -> Settings -> Feed Details towards the bottom of that page there should be 4 fields (one for iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play and now Spotify) which will create the subscribe links below the player if there are URL values in those fields.
