How to add jquery lightbox on home page only

    Can somebody help me how to put a lightbox on my homepage only, i need to put 

    <script type="text/javascript" src="path-to-file/jquery.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="path-to-file/thickbox.js"></script>

    into my <head> im confused coz i dont have it in my header instead i have it on a file named sitehead.php i dont know too where to put the

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="path-to-file/thickbox.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />

    thing. Im planing to have a page that will show all the post from a category via lightbox.
