How to add language file?

Thanks for the plugin!
I use ru_RU wordpress, so I installed plugin and downloaded wp-postratings-ru_RU.mo and wp-postratings-ru_RU.po files, paste files into wp-content/languages dir and… nothing happends
What else should I do?
