I don’t see how to add these important scheduling options. Please advise if possible.

Lead Time – set a number of hours by which appointments need advance notice before they can be scheduled. E.g., I need 24 hours’ advance notice so that someone can’t schedule an appointment that begins in the next 15 minutes. Therefore, the calendar will only show appointment times that start a minimum of 24 hours from the time of booking.

Appointment Gap – so that appointments don’t begin back to back. E.g., I would like to have 30 minutes between appointments. So, if I have a 2-hour appointment (no matter whether it begins on the hour or half hour), the next appointment can not be scheduled until 30 minutes from the end time of that appointment, always leaving me a gap of at least 30 minutes.

    Thanks
    Daniel

    Hi Daniel.

Lead Time: In Admin -> Bookly -> Settings ->General there is an option “Make it impossible for users to book appointments on the current day (last minute appointments)”. I think it is what you need.

Appointment Gap can be implemented by setting service length 30 mins longer than actual length of a service. Service length is not displayed in frontend to end customers.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,
Thanks for your quick response. Implemented both as you instructed.

I just added the time to the Service, e.g., “Private Yoga Class 1.5 hrs.” and then made the time in admin 2 hrs.

    Thanks.
    Daniel
