I want some content on a page only for logged in users, [content_control]Logged in content[/content_control] hides things perfectly but I want a message saying u need to login first to see this content.

  • Hey @ankurishwar88

Thanks for using Content Control! When logged into your WordPress site, you can go to the “Settings” menu and to the “Content Control” page. once on that page, you can click the “General” tab to see the box for editing the default denial message.

When someone who is not logged out comes to a spot that you required them to be logged in, it is this message that they will see instead.

Alternatively, you can use the “message” attribute on the shortcode. For example:

    [content_control message=”You must be logged in!”]Logged in content[/content_control]

Let me know if I can assist with anything else!
