how to add mouse over to links

Dear All,

I added now additional CSS for mouse over for the links. They should be, when I hover them, not underlinded and change the color to blue.

I wrote this:

.wp-block-link a:hover{
color: #6947F3;
text-decoration: none;
}

Result is when hovered there is no underline that is fine, but it does not change the color. What did I do wrong?
