How can I add youtube or vimeo video in the same plugi ?

You need to activate the Youtube and Vimeo support option on Settings > Media and make sure the auto-detect options are enabled. Then edit a page/post and insert a link (take the Share URL or just copy web page URL) to a Youtube or Vimeo web page. The plugin will auto-detect the link and make it pop up in FancyBox.

I was paste https://vimeo.com/44859755 link but didnt work.

I think this site uses different coding combination for standart wordpress coding.

Because,

Trailer Page (or ‘Tanitim Filmi’ in Turkish) not a standart page. It’s just link (with image) for plug in.

There is a difference between just pasting a URL like https://vimeo.com/44859755 into a post content and creating a link to https://vimeo.com/44859755 in that post content. When you just paste the URL (on an empty/new line) then WordPress will replace it with an embedded video. But when you create a link (using the same URL) then Easy FancyBox will make that link (when clicked) pop up in a light box.
