How to add my own logo to the site header?

To Add Your Own Logo Edit header.php in the theme and find below code

<?php mystique_logo(); ?>
          <?php if(get_bloginfo('description')): ?><div class="headline"><?php bloginfo('description'); ?></div><?php endif; ?>

And Replace With The below one

<img src="Add Your Image Url" />

Note : Kindly Check Your Image Url

And Replace With The Below One The Php Code

		</div>

beccause the logo is now hiding a big part of the menu

    margin-right: 200px;
    text-align: center;
    width: 400px;
}

it still hiding the menu and not in the right position :\ what can i do?
