How to add Mystique's nav bar/menu social sharing icons to Duster?

I’m trying to add the social sharing icons in the main nav bar/menu of the Mystique theme- https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/mystique to Duster. What’s the easiest way of doing this? I want the exact same look and effect.
