How to Add New Side Bar to theme

i need help in adding a left side bar to the ieducation theme, i thought it was going to be easy but tough luck arised at my side. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME ????? I modified mine once but still need a side bar to put my adds. thats what mine looks like now https://classtalkers.com
