how to add new VARIATIONS to existing products

i have a WooCommerce t-shirt store and when i launched i had limited colors, shirt types, etc… 1 year later i have lots more designs and more shirt style options (long sleeve, tank tops, kids, big and tall) and more colors to offer. i bought smart manager to easily manage PRICING but cant figure out how to globally update VARIATIONS.
can u please assist me in how to easily add more choices to my product variation pull downs?
